2010 MLK Prayer Breakfast KEYNOTE SPEAKER: Joy is the daughter of John and Otelia Oliver and an alumnus of Seaford High School where she graduated as Salutatorian for the Class of 1997.
Involved in various clubs, sports, and extra-curricular groups, she was very active throughout her high school career and and crowned 1996 Homecoming Queen. MD, having been nurtured by a very loving
